  • LAOWA 15mm f/4.5 Zero-D Shift
  • Wide-angle shift Lens with 110 degree angle of view
  • ± 11 mm shift adjustment
  • distortion-free thanks to Zero-D technology
  • extremely close focusing distance
  • also suitable for medium format cameras thanks to large image circle with adapter (optional)

Extreme wide-angle shift lens for full-frame cameras.
It offers outstanding optical properties and technical features. The angle of view is an enormous 110 degrees, more than any previously available shift Lens on the market. Thanks to a maximum shift of ± 11mm, this Lens is perfect for architectural photography. Even very tall buildings can be photographed with it without any falling lines. Shifting would also be possible today using image processing, but this would crop the image and reduce the advantage of the large image angle. It also saves work and the quality of the original is retained.

Thanks to the huge image circle of 65mm, the LAOWA 15mm f/4.5 Zero-D Shift is not only suitable for full-frame cameras, but can even be used on medium-format cameras, such as the Fujifilm GFX or Hasselblad X1D, with a shift of ±8 mm. A corresponding lens adapter is required for this. This means that the lens also has the widest focal length currently available for the Fujifilm GFX or Hasselblad X1D sensor without vignetting.

The 15mm f/4.5 Zero-D Shift is another lens in the successful LAOWA Zero-D series, which provides photographers with image results with straight lines without distortion. This top optical performance is achieved thanks to 17 elements in 11 groups with 2 aspherical elements. The close focusing distance of just 20cm allows impressive close-ups with a macro-like effect, while the focal length ensures a unique width in the image. Focusing and aperture adjustment are manual.

A new lens coating has also been implemented to achieve a significant reduction in chromatic aberration. Despite the special possibilities offered by this Lens, it is surprisingly compact and light with a diameter of 79mm and a length of 103mm and a weight of 597g. Thanks to the 5 aperture blades, a beautiful 10-beam reflex results when shooting against the sun or a point light source.

The built-in rotation function enables photographers to change the shift direction to portrait format in no time at all. The mechanism is available for a full 360 degrees, with the lens locking into place every 15 degrees.

A Shift Lens Support tripod clamp, available as an accessory, is perfect for panorama shots in combination with the LAOWA 15mm f/4.5 Zero-D Shift and avoids parallax errors, for example. Precise alignment of the lens-camera position is thus guaranteed in any direction.
