  • Loadable carbon monopod with low dead weight
  • Working height: min. 43.2 cm max. 153 cm
  • Loadable up to 18 kg
  • Weight: 450 g
  • Pack size: 43 cm

1.540 mm working height (without attached head) with maximum leg extension is just about an ideal height. This means that the ball head (or panhead) and camera are practically at eye level for most photographers. And when a super-telephoto lens is in front of the camera, the MP-285C is in its element. Because it can carry a proud 18 kg of weight. For a tare weight of just 450 g, this is an outstanding performance!

Because the packing size of 430 mm also remains nice and short, this monopod is an ideal all-around companion for sports and action photography. Speaking of all around: the five round leg segments with diameters of 28, 25, 22, 19 and 17 mm are not only very light thanks to carbon. Because of the particularly precise processing of this excellent material, they move smoothly as velvet and certainly do not twist. Literally in the blink of an eye, the rubberized twist locks can be loosened or locked. The tripod plate is crowned by a combination screw with 1/4 and 3/8 inch threads. Of course, you could attach many different heads to it.
