High-performance super wide-angle lens for Nikon (Nikon FX format).
The Voigtländer 15 mm F4.5 Super Wide Heliar aspherical Z-mount is a high-performance super wide-angle lens with manual focus optimized for the full-frame image sensors of Nikon mirrorless Z-mount cameras (Nikon FX format). The Lens is based on the already well-known 15 mm F4.5 lens with VM or Sony mount.

The Super Wide Heliar has an extremely low distortion and allows sharp images to the edge despite its super wide angle of view of 110° (diagonal). 11 lens elements in 9 groups form the optical unit, enclosed in a metal tube with easy-to-grip controls. The optical design has been optimized to correct the angle of the incident light rays. This prevents color casts at the image periphery, which can be caused by the structure of digital image sensors.

The close-up limit is 12.6 cm at a working distance of approx. 4 cm (measured from the tip of the lens hood) and thus offers interesting perspectives. With the help of a small flat screwdriver (not included), the lens hood can also be removed to work with rectangular filters, for example.

The 15 mm F4.5 Super Wide is equipped with electronic contacts, enabling communication between the Lens and the Body. Please see notes.(*)
