This viewfinder has been developed for filmmakers who work with professional cameras/camcorders with SDI output and external power supply. It is equipped with the same software as the Gratical HD and has a resolution of 1280x1024 pixels (full display) or 1280x720 pixels in 16:9 mode.

This small and compact converter converts incoming HDMI signals into SDI signals and outputs them via the BNC connector. It enables the Zacuto Gratical Eye viewfinder to be used with camcorders and cameras that only have an HDMI output.

Red LED for signaling the power supply
Green LED for signaling an input signal
Automatic format detection of the input signal
Automatic conversion to equivalent SDI signal
Unsupported frame rates of the input signal are scaled up (e.g. a signal with 23.98 frames is upscaled to SDI). a signal with 23.98 frames per second is upscaled to 24 frames per second)
