Extra fast at f/1.8, it allows for images with remarkable background blur, but - with the help of Olympus cameras' image stabilizer based on the Mirco Four Thirds standard - also for razor-sharp shots without a tripod in low-light conditions. To really capture every moment in premium quality, the clever snapshot focus mechanism and MSC (Movie + Still Compatible) technology are part of the wide-angle's equipment. The special ZERO (Zuiko Extra-low Reflection Optical) lens surface multi-coating minimizes the appearance of ghosting, backlight reflections.
